Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Ryan is a highly experienced professional with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and finance. With over 10 years experience and $700M+ in career financings, he's become an expert in facilitating credit for SMB's, scaleups and lower-middle market companies. Ryan has founded 3 companies himself, raising over $20M in aggregate through both credit and equity. Through his breadth of experience and relationships, he has advised over 10 FinTech companies and made investments as an LP or angel in over 50 startups. Ryan is based in Miami, spends a few months each year in Colombia with his family, and enjoys traveling in his free time.

Jacob is a seasoned finance professional with experience in investment banking, private equity, startups, and corporate development. With over 8 years of experience and ~$1bn in carrier financings and M&A, he has demonstrated expertise across the credit spectrum and offers a unique perspective developed through his deal experience sitting on all sides of the table. Jacob has been on the ground floor at several early-stage startups and has helped raise over $50M in credit facilities for specialty finance co's. Jacob holds a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell and is a registered securities professional with his Series 63 and 79. He is based in New Jersey, and in his free time enjoys traveling, exercise, and spending time with family.
